Sometimes we’re asked for the nicer things of life: installing garden lighting, multi-room audio, home cinemas, automation systems, or putting up new lights. Sometimes we sort out emergencies, or those annoying little glitches that can be really irritating. Sometimes we’re there for a test and inspection, or to move a phone point, or fit a new socket, either inside or outdoors. Whatever the task, we’re happy to help.

Extensions, refurbishments, basement and loft conversions and solar panel installations are major investments in time and money, so you’ll want to know exactly what will happen right from the start. We provide you with a detailed plan of your electrical works free of charge. You’ll also receive a full itemised quote – not a rough and ready estimate – so that you can save time by making amendments before work begins. Every week we’ll show you how your project is progressing, but if there’s something that can’t wait we’ll be in touch straight away. And at the end of the project you’ll be issued with the right certificates to prove your home is safe.

We know that your time and your home are precious. We try to answer all enquiries promptly, operating by e-mail as well as phone. We’ll book a precise appointment to suit your needs, with prompt and reliable service in the evenings and at weekends too. We’ll arrive when we say we will, or let you know if we can’t as far in advance as possible. And when we arrive we’ll take care of your home. We use dustsheets and coverings to protect your furnishings, and we’ll clean up after the work is done.

Our commercial electricians have extensive experience in workplace lighting, fault-finding, shop and office refurbishments, new installations, door entry systems, safety checks and electrical inspections; in short, everything your workplace needs to keep it running smoothly.

We’ve recently introduced a new service to our commercial customers to protect against power failures. Thermal imaging detects one of the earliest indicators of electrical failure – heat building up in connections and cables. A special camera detects growing hotspots so that problem areas can be fixed before they lead to power failures, expensive repairs and loss of business. Think of it like an X-ray for your electrical system. Thermal imaging can be done without switching off the power in your workplace so business can go on as usual during your normal hours. Any remedial work can then be scheduled for a time that is convenient to you. We are one of very few London companies to be able both to conduct the thermal imaging process and carry out NICEIC-backed repairs, so we won’t waste staff time with avoidable multiple visits.

And, of course, we can help your workplace stay within the law by ensuring your emergency lighting, fire alarms, computers and portable appliances are tested in line with the current regulations.
