Time is tight when you're fitting out a property investment. Tenants want their electrical problems solved quickly. Harland & Voss is used to dealing with both aspects of investment property electrical work – and more. Conversions and refurbishment projects are major investments in time and money, so you'll want to know exactly what will happen right from the start. We provide you with a detailed plan of your electrical works free of charge. You'll also receive a full itemised quote – not a rough and ready estimate – so that you can save time by making amendments before work begins. Every week we'll show you how your project is progressing, but if there's something that can't wait we'll be in touch straight away. And at the end of the project you'll be issued with the right certification so you can prove the installation is safe.

We'll also help you stay within the law governing the standard of electrical installations in rented properties. As NICEIC Approved Contractors, we can undertake periodic inspections of your properties to help you stay within the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. And we can self-certificate our work to make sure that you don't fall foul of building control regulations.
